Digital rebrand and website design for one of the UK's biggest talent management agencies.

The brief

The talent management agency (formally James Grant Group) have an elite roster of top tier talent and they came to us to refresh their approach to doing business. We worked together to audit, analyse and review the current state of play, then made critical changes to their core structure, aesthetic and web presence. The new brand encompassed this new reshuffle and we helped communicate the update globally.

The coloured ampersand represents the 5 core teams that we identified within the business. Many acquisitions over the years had meant the name had diluted and the brands that had been integrated were still relying on old logos and literature. This was causing issues for both clients and customers and we identified the need to break that cycle with a new, clean logo that represented everyone as a whole.

As part of our ongoing relationship with this fantastic company we are constantly developing and retelling the story of the brand, keeping them floating above the ever shifting wave of the industry.
