AI Office Finder — Built with Gemini 3.0 + Human Intuition
At AcidTest Design, we build intelligent digital experiences that blur the line between AI magic and human design. Our latest experiment - AI Office Finder for London Brokers Found - is a hybrid-coded project that combines Google’s Gemini 3.0 with custom front-end logic, UX design, and data modelling to make finding your next workspace feel effortless.
What It Does
AI Office Finder helps users instantly discover the perfect office or coworking space based on location, budget, style, and team culture.
Instead of sifting through endless listings, the app uses natural language search and AI reasoning to understand what people mean, not just what they type.
Ask things like: “I want a bright studio in Shoreditch with parking and good coffee nearby.” Gemini 3.0 interprets intent, analyses live property data, and returns ranked, visually rich recommendations, all within seconds.
How It Was Built
This project was half vibe-coded and half hand-engineered — meaning: ✨ Vibe-coded: Rapid AI-assisted prototyping using Gemini and design prompts to generate UI flows, naming ideas, and UX copy. ⚙️ Custom-coded: Real logic, real data. We built our own embedding model for location relevance, property ranking algorithm, and API integrations for map data, pricing, and amenities.
The stack included: Gemini 3.0 API (semantic reasoning + conversational UX) Next.js + TypeScript for the web app Vector search for spatial matching Tailwind CSS + Framer Motion for interactive design and Custom API layer for real-time property data
Why It Matters
This wasn’t just a design exercise — it was an exploration in AI-assisted product design, generative UX, and intelligent search.
By merging machine reasoning with real-world data, we’re proving how AI can replace clunky filters, forms, and search bars with something that feels conversational, human, and creative.
