My Last Speech
UX / UI and graphic design direction for a website which allows users to compose a eulogy for their funeral
The brief
This is an amazing project, the idea is that when you have time, at various moments in your life, you can formulate a speech about yourself that can be used as a eulogy for your funeral. The idea came from a personal experience of a funeral and the realisation of just how sad it was that, at this final celebration of a person, they were distinctly unrepresented. Sure lots of people spoke about them, and said all then things they would have wanted to say, but how much better would it be if they could say it instead? thats where the idea for this product came from and the reception so far has been great. It is currently the only example of a digital eulogy platform that currently exists in the world.
